OPERATIONS INFORMATION AGAINST AIR FREIGHT IMPORT

• Pre-Alert must be sent to us at date of vessel departure
• Pre-Alert must contain following information:
  • Shipper’s & Consignee’s name
  • Pieces, commodity, weight/volume/container numbers
  • Name of Shipping Line/Consolidator plus O. B/L No.
  • Consignee order number
• We require documents in our hands 5 working days prior to vessel arrival
• Please ensure that for any freight collect invoices, profit share statements are included in the document pouch
• All communications to be answered on the same day of receipt
